Free Car Charge as Incentive

Tn_480_Studio_9_Salon_Volt_5.JPG

So it begins.  A savvy salon in Michigan has installed a charging station for electric vehicles in their parking lot.  Studio 9 salon was able to wire up the install during the building's construction and received a grant for the charging station from the U.S. Department of Energy.

If you have a community under construction, you would be wise to consider laying the ground work for charging stations now.  It won't be too long before electric cars are widespread and charging stations will be a necessity.  It will be interesting to see if communities use free charging as move-in and renewal incentives. Studio 9 website
