Monthly Chats that are so popular you need to show up early to get in the room.  Make sure you sign up for Grace Hill's enews to be alerted to the dates and topics of our chats.

We have networking galore.  Yes, we have a bulletin board with areas for management and maintenance. We also have a Who's Who list to stay connected with people in the industry.  And we also have chat rooms for you to use for free at your disposal!

Career Center is another popular free resource offered at Grace Hill.  Post your job listing or your resume and start connecting if you are on the hunt for a job.  There are some great resources to help you out in here too.

We have a Property Management Firms database.  If you're looking for contact information for a particular company, we've probably got it.  Check this area out if you are trying to find the 411 on a company by name, state or even number of apartments managed.
